STOPGAP CONSULTANTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE & CREATIVE CAREER BRANDING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT

We are here for you. Your mission, should you join our Creative Career Branding Program, is to build and design compelling and professional career profiles.
In this document, you’ll find our Terms and Conditions followed by what you need to do to claim our Creative Career Branding Guarantee! Because not only do we want you to succeed, we also guarantee it!
Entering into this Creative Career Branding Guarantee Agreement (the “Agreement”), with StopGap Consultants (the “Company” or “we/us”) signifies your consent to form a binding contract with the Company, which governs your participation in the Creative Career Branding (the “Program”).
1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
You authorize the Company to charge your credit or debit card, or PayPal for 3 monthly instalments of $195, or your full-pay of $475 or $1,175 if a VIP member, as payment for the Program.
Upon successful completion of your initial payment, be it the first monthly instalment or the full amount, you will receive a notification granting you access to the program. Opting for the Annual Membership entails a commitment to a 12-month consecutive period without pauses. Alternatively, the Monthly Membership allows for a month-to-month engagement, with each subsequent instalment scheduled for processing on or subsequent to the 28th day of each billing cycle.
As a participant in StopGap Consultants, you acknowledge your obligation to pay the full amount of Program fees for the duration of your membership, irrespective of your attendance at sessions or membership type (Monthly or Annual). It is important to note that refunds are not available and monthly dues are expected to be paid promptly. By agreeing to these terms, you also relinquish the right to initiate a chargeback for any payments made. Should there be a delay in payment exceeding 3 days, your access to all present and future Program benefits, including consulting, training, resources, and sessions, will be temporarily revoked until your account is current. Past trainings, resources, and sessions that have been paid for will no longer be accessible during this time.
By joining this Program, you are accessing training and group consulting services. We will provide access to group consulting and Q&A sessions on Google Meet or Zoom, plus replays of those sessions, companion guides, resources, assignments and access to a membership Community Forum.
Even with all of these resources, the results of your success may vary based on your effort, whether or not you take our advice, the action you take, your engagement and your commitment. We make our best effort to guide you but no warranty can be made as to the suitability of the Program for your purposes.
Each individual’s success is multifaceted, hinging on various elements such as background, dedication, desire and motivation. It is acknowledged that any business venture carries the potential risk of capital loss, inherent in its pursuit.
We strive to present the Program accurately and its potential. Earnings claims are verifiable, and we can furnish examples of actual results upon request. All materials provided to you are under the Company’s copyright and are for your personal use only while you are a participant in the Program and your account is current. They cannot be shared, copied, or used in your own teachings without the Company’s prior written consent.
Our quoted pricing is best tailored to the program, reflecting a multitude of factors unique to every individual situation. Where applicable, the provided quote includes all relevant service fees, taxes, governmental levies, supplementary value-added services, and applicable discounts. Please be advised that prices are subject to modification at any given moment without prior notification.
The total amount stipulated at the time of transaction completion is the exact figure you will be required to remit, ensuring transparency with no concealed or supplementary costs.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT
Our work is guided by the ethos, values and beliefs of StopGap Consultants, and we expect all our associates to act accordingly.
We respect and value the diversity of people and cultures, and we challenge any cultural insensitivity, harassment, exploitation, intimidation or discrimination.
We maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our personal and work-related activities. We anticipate that all individuals will conduct themselves with decorum and refrain from disturbing others’ experiences.
It is prohibited for participants to display nudity or explicit imagery of themselves or anyone else during any Program activities, whether by accident or design.
Should there be an infringement of this policy, the Company retains the unilateral authority to curtail, suspend, or revoke your involvement in the Program with no entitlement to reimbursement.
3. HOW CREATIVE CAREER BRANDING GUARANTEE AGREEMENT WORKS

Take part up to Module 1 of the program, this means going through the Welcome Module and Module 1. If you don’t love the progress and see the clear benefit to designing your career identify and branding, simply ask for refund before you begin Module 2 or before accessing any other modules and its content.

4. REFUND PROCEDURE
Who can submit a guarantee claim?
To be considered for the Creative Career Branding Guarantee Agreement, your account must maintain a positive status, with all dues cleared by the final day of refund request submission.
Eligibility to submit a Creative Career Branding Guarantee claim is contingent upon completion of:
1) Participation in the Welcome Module and Module 1.
2) Ensuring that Module 2 or subsequent modules, content, or materials have not been accessed on the program platform.

Additional Terms: You’re not eligible for the Creative Career Branding Guarantee if:
1. You have accessed Module 2 or any other modules, content, materials on the program platform.
2. Your refund claim is submitted after 7 days of your purchase.
If you qualify for this Guarantee, you are entitled to a refund of only the amount you paid in legal currency for the purchase of this Program. Refunds are issued exclusively in US Dollars. The scope of the Guarantee is limited to the cost of the Program and does not extend to any additional losses, damages, or expenses. This exclusion encompasses but is not limited to, any supplementary equipment, guides, materials, software, fees incurred from third-party payment processors, tutoring or resources acquired to augment the Program. Furthermore, the Guarantee does not provide compensation for any time spent engaging with the Program. Monthly Members are eligible for a refund equivalent to their contributions to the Program, provided their payments are up-to-date and in good standing.
This Guarantee is non-transferable and may only be invoked by the original purchaser as recorded.
5. INFORMATION ACCURACY

6. INDEMNIFICATION/PROTECTION
You agree to indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless StopGap Consultants and its director, employees, agents and licensors from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your failure to comply with the Terms of Use, your infringement or violation of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party, or from your violation of any applicable law.
The arbitrator holds the power to settle any disputes, and it is acknowledged that no financial compensation exceeding the amount paid for the Program can be awarded, capped at $195 monthly, $475 annually, or $1,175 for VIP members annually. The arbitrator’s capacity to grant financial awards is confined to the Guarantee’s limits as specified herein.
By entering into this contract, you confirm your physical, mental, and emotional readiness to engage in this Program and have assured the Company that your membership fees will not impose undue financial strain on you or your dependents. Furthermore, you recognize that you have reviewed, comprehended, and consented to adhere to this Agreement’s terms and conditions.
7. USE LIMITATIONS
Our program is intended for use solely for the purpose of accessing the services we provide.
You cannot use it for any illegal purpose including but not limited to information theft, spreading viruses or harmful content, violating copyright or intellectual property rights, or otherwise violating the law.
You agree not to use the Website by illegal, harmful, or malicious means including but not limited to bots, spider, scraper, viruses, Trojan horses, malware and Denial-of-Service attempts.
8. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER AND ACCEPTANCE
The Program instructors and consultants are not certified to offer legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or psychological counsel, nor advice pertaining to the regulations of specific industries or countries. Any information dispensed by the Program’s personnel is not to be interpreted as such.
The Company disclaims any liability for losses or damages of any kind, including financial, bodily harm, or death that may result from engagement in the Program.
While the strategies presented in this Program are believed to be applicable across various career transformations, it is incumbent upon the individual seeking career opportunity to be aware of and comply with the regulations that govern their chosen profession, particularly in relation to the implementation of any recommendations made by StopGap Consultants.
Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates, partners or employees can provide legal advice regarding the applicability of this Program to your career trajectory. While it is uncommon, the Company retains the authority to alter or amend program components such as bonuses, training materials, content, guest appearances, and the scheduling of dates, times, and venues. Should an illness or other emergency occur, we maintain the right to postpone any scheduled events.
Our goal is to ensure a rewarding experience for all participants of the Program. You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to end this agreement and may, at its discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your involvement in the Program without a refund or debt cancellation of future payments should you disrupt the program, become uncooperative, disregard Program rules, or hinder the Program experience for instructors or other participants. In the event of any disputes concerning the Program, we are dedicated to seeking a mutual resolution. Should there be an exceptional case where a dispute remains unresolved, you consent to settle the matter through binding arbitration facilitated by StopGap Consultants, with both parties bearing the arbitration costs equally.
We may at any time and from time to time temporarily or permanently modify the website with or without notice.
We shall not be accountable to you or any third party for any modification or suspension of the Website.
